Hi, my name is Panna 👋
I'm a UX/UI Consultant based in London with over 4 years of industry experience, specialising in designing intuitive, engaging and visually polished digital experiences. I'm passionate about transforming ideas into seamless user journeys that not only look beautiful but also deliver meaningful impact.
Before moving into digital design, I worked in healthcare. While I found the work fulfilling, I was always drawn to a career that blended creativity with problem-solving. In 2018, I took the leap into front-end development and joined a management consultancy firm.
As a front-end developer, I quickly realised how the absence of design-thinking could affect both the development process and the overall user-experience. That insight sparked my passion for creating thoughtful digital solutions, one that streamlines workflows and result in skilfully crafted, user-centric products.
By 2020, I had fully transitioned into a UX/UI Consultant role. Moreover, I've had the opportunity to design a wide range of user experiences across varying sectors, gaining strong commercial experiences. Furthermore, I've designed dynamic data-driven dashboards for major institutions in key services such as healthcare, tier-one global banks, and a multinational investment bank. Working with a diverse array of clients has enabled me to hone my skills and excel at transforming complex information into coherent actionable insights.
My lifelong interest in understanding people and connecting across diverse backgrounds naturally informs how I design: with empathy, clarity and purpose.
I believe that understanding users' perceptions, emotions, motivations and behaviours is essential to building digital products that are not only functional but also truly relevant and impactful. I love sharing what I have learned and I am driven by the opportunity to use design to empower people and help them achieve their goals with confidence.
Fun fact: When I’m not designing, I’m often out on long walks exploring new areas, indulging my sweet tooth with a treat and a cappuccino, or diving deep into my current obsession, Baldur’s Gate 3. 🍰🕹️😊

As a Junior Web Designer, I gained hands-on experience developing a responsive company websites and internal platforms. I worked with WordPress, HTML, and CSS, honing my eye for UI design and usability.
